Why I love working with children:   A child who can't use a spoon and eats with his hands begins the challenge of eating with a spoon. A child who has a smaller appetite was able to eat without leaving the amount served on the plate. A child who didn't like vegetables and only ate plain rice began to eat meals with vegetables and meat after seeing other children eating it deliciously.
